On arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station & Visit Kamakhya Temple then transfer
to Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 'Scotland of the East". Enroute visit Umium Lake, a tranquil lake
surrounded - by sylvan hills. You can enjoy boating and take a stroll on the beautiful lake. Check
in at your hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Shillong.

After early breakfast starts full-day excursion to jowai, headquarters of the jaintia hills district is
situated 66 km away from Shillong, along the shillong-silchar national highway. a picturesque
town circled by the majestic myntdu river. jowai was the summer capital of the jaintia kings, of
sutnga state. you will visit india's most magical waterfall - krang suri, Meghalaya. a moment of
silence to acknowledge how beautiful this waterfall is! Later drive to tryshi waterfalls, a bridge
connects the waterfall's surroundings with an expanse of green paddy fields. a breathtaking
panoramic view of the pynthor nein is visible from the bridge. next you will stop at thadlaskein
lake where you can enjoy boating. afternoon proceed to the Dawki,
evening back to Dawki. Overnight stay at Dawki.

Post breakfast explore Mawlyynong, visit Living root bridge and Mawlynnong Village Asia's
cleanest village. The residents literally farm on the edges of these mist shrouded cliffs that
plunge sharply into the valley, later drive to Dawki, visit Umngot river & Boating popular for
clean water, and local sightseeing at Dawki. Also visit the Bangladesh border. Night stay
at Cherrapunji.

Early morning head to Tyrna village, a 1⁄2 hr drive away from
Cherrapunji. From there it will take a relaxed 1.5 hr walk down to the Nongriat Village and then
a 2hr walk up to reach double decker root bridge. The path to the double-decker root bridge is
3Kilometers long and has around 3,500 stairs, and descends 2,400 feet. Another 1 hour of trek
approx. 3 km from double decker bridge to visit beautiful and scenic Rainbow falls. Post activity
trek back to Tyrna village and later drive to Cherrapunji. Night stay at Cherrapunji.

Post breakfast in the morning; hit the road to Cherrapunjee, the heaviest rainfall destination in
the world Cherrapunjee possesses some exotic waterfalls and impressive limestone caves. At
Cherrapunjee visit Nohkalikai falls, being the world’s fourth tallest waterfall, visit Eco Park,
Seven Sister falls and Mawsmai cave. Night stay at Guwahati.

Post breakfast drive to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey
