Day 01 :

Guwahati Airport / Station – Shillong (100 kms / 3 hrs.)

On arrival at Guwahati Airport & then transfer to Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 'Scotland of the
East". Enroute visit Umium Lake, a tranquil lake surrounded - by sylvan hills. You can enjoy
boating and take a stroll on the beautiful lake. Check in at your hotel then visit Shilong Peak,
Elephanta Falls, Don Bosco Museum Evening isfree for leisure. Overnightstay at Shillong.

Day 02 :

Shillong - Jowai - Dawki

After breakfast starts full-day excursion to Jowai, headquarters of the jaintia hills district is
situated 66 km away from Shillong, along the shillong-silchar national highway. A
picturesque town circled by the majestic myntdu river. jowai was the summer capital of the
jaintia kings, of sutnga state. You will visit india's most magical waterfall - krang suri,
Meghalaya. A moment of silence to acknowledge how beautiful this waterfall is! Later drive
to Tryshi waterfalls, a bridge connects the waterfall's surroundings with an expanse of
green paddy fields. A breathtaking panoramic view of the pynthor nein is visible from the
bridge. Next you will stop at Thadlaskein Lake where you canenjoy boating. afternoon
proceed to the Nartiang menhir measure 27 feet in height above the ground, 6 feet in
breadth and 2 feet 6 inches in thickness. The monoliths represent the megalithic culture of
the hynniewtrep people. At 500 years old temple of durga is another attraction at nartiang.
Evening back to Dawki. Overnight stay at Dawki.

Day 03 :

Dawki – Mawlynnonng - Cherrapunjee

Post breakfast proceed for Mawlyynong, visit Living root bridge and Mawlynnonng Village
Asia's cleanest village. Also visit living Root Bridge nearby. The residents literally farm on the
edges of these mist shrouded cliffsthat plunge sharply into the valley, later drive to Dawki, visit
Umngot river & Boating popular for clean water, and local sightseeing at Dawki. Also visit the
Bangladesh border. Also visit Indulge in tranquility at Shnongpdeng . Enjoy riverside serenity,
water activities, and breathtaking views Night stay at Cherrapunji.

Day 04 :

Cherrapunji – Nongriat – Cherrapunji.

Early morning head to Tyrna village, a 1⁄2 hr drive away from
Cherrapunji. From there it will take a relaxed 1.5 hr walk down to the Nongriat Village and thena
2hr walk up to reach double decker Root Bridge. The path to the double-decker root bridge is 3
Kilometers long and has around 3,500 stairs, and descends 2,400 feet. Another 1 hour of trek
approx. 3 km from double decker bridge to visit beautiful and scenic Rainbow falls. Post activitytrek
back to Tyrna village. Night stay at Cherrapunji.

Day 05 :

Cherrapunji Sightseeing – Guwahati

Post breakfast in the morning; hit the road to Cherrapunjee, the heaviest rainfall destination in
the world Cherrapunjee possesses some exotic waterfalls and impressive limestone caves. At
Cherrapunjee visit Nohkalikai falls, being the world’s fourth tallest waterfall, visit Eco Park, Prut
falls, Seven Sister falls , Kynrem waterfalls and Mawsmai cave, Arwah Cave , Garden of caves
& Wei sawdong waterfalls. Mawkdok Valley Night stay at Guwahati

Day 06 :

Guwahati – Kamakhya Darshan – Kaziranga Natioal Park

Early Morning visit Kamakhya Devi Temple which is around 15km from Guwahati City,
After Kamakhya darshan proceed for Kaziranga Natioal Park which is famous for Great
Indian One-horned Rhinoceros other animals like wild boar, barking deer ,wild buffalo &
migratory birds. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day 07 :

Kaziranga National Park – Guwahati Airport Drop

Early morning explores any one zone of Kaziranga National Park on back of Elephant.
Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo,
Elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and
darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. Return to the resort for
breakfast then proceed for Guwahati Airport for your further journey.
